We are a comprehensive mobile phlebotomy service that provides blood collection for physicians, medical centers, retirement communities, assisted living, adult family homes, skilled nursing facilities, psychiatric centers, and laboratories, utilizing certified medical assistant phlebotomists dedicated to compassionate patient care and supporting medication monitoring and disease management needs.

Call us to schedule an appointment for mobile phlebotomy (Home blood draw), and all other Multilab Collections Express services at 425 970-5461 or Fax us at 206 519-6701 (HIPAA Compliant) with the physician’s orders (lab requisition to include patient name, address, phone number, diagnosis codes, tests, and insurance information for the billing laboratory. We do not bill insurance for individual blood draws, but offer provider linking with contract to healthcare companies.
The Mobile Service fee is due at the time of service except with the provider agreement).
• We call the patient to schedule an appointment to go to their home or business within 24 to 48 hours of the request, or as requested by the physician.
• We collect the blood specimen and transport to the laboratory.
